The YOTM program is a non-traditional way of teaching youth the basics for seeking, gaining and maintaining employment. We recommend using the guide with a very interactive online training course. However, the guide can be used alone with classroom instruction.
At the end of the eight modules, participates will be tested on their knowledge and will receive a certification in job readiness skills if they pass the course at 70% or above.
This program will be a great tool for high school students, Boys and Girls clubs, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, foster youth, church youth groups and other civic youth organizations.
