Ringer Youth Employment Camp

The YOTM employment camp is not your typical summer work program!  It teaches youth the entire process for seeking, obtaining and maintaining employment beginning with completing an application, preparing a resume, dressing for success, interviewing with potential employers, asking for and landing the job.  Every camper will have the opportunity to interview for positions of interest and utilize the tools learned.

The YOTM Employment Camp gives youth the opportunity to participate in valuable work experiences within their communities at various work sites such as local businesses, non-profit organizations and government agencies.  The goal of RES is to educate, empower and equip youth with the tools and opportunities necessary to enable them to mature into well-balanced, healthy, and productive members of society.
