Nattlie J. Ringer is the Founder and President of The Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc. (RCE) and Ringer Employment Solutions (RES). RCE and RES specializes in training, job development and job placement. We are employment experts!
Nattlie is author of M.O.V.E. and Youth on the M.O.V.E. (Motivated to Obtain Valuable Employment), an all inclusive job readiness guide for youth and adults. Over 75,000 individuals have become employment by using the M.O.V.E. principles.
Nattlie has over thirty years experience in the corporate arena. Author of book entitled M.O.V.E. (Motivated to Obtain Valuable Employment), a guide for the serious job seeker and Youth on the M.O.V.E. a job readiness guide for youth. M.O.V.E. principles teach individuals how to seek, gain and maintain employment. Ringer Employment Solutions (RES) team has successfully worked with TANF applicants and recipients since 2003.
Nattlie works with the Independent Living Program (ILP) for the state of Georgia, Georgia Department of Human Services, Project Grad, Colleges and Universities and many high schools in Metro Atlanta. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and was honored and recognized in Cambridge Who’s Who Among America’s Top Executives; Dress for Success named Ringer Employment Solutions Partner of the Year for two consecutive years.
She is a member of Henry & Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Professional Women, Metro Atlanta Employment Association (MENA), Southeastern Employment & Training Association (SETA) and serves as the chairperson of the Strategic Finance committee for Light of the World International Association and on the Board of Directors for Oliver Imprints, LLC.
Nattlie’s ultimate goal is to educate, empower and equip individuals for today’s workforce by using the M.OV.E. Principles.
